A three week workshop designed for students new to Yoga or those who wish to build on their fundamental skills. Focus of the series is on effective alignment with breath work and meditation applied to Asana/postural practice. Class sequences are aimed to have a theme or goal posture to prepare each body in a step-by-step way to meet its own unique challenges. Participants will learn what makes an effective practice for themselves, personally, as well as become acclimated to the experience of full length classes.
